B2B Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Head of B2B Development to initiate and develop the target group positioning process by segment through:
– Understanding customers, competitors, solutions (market research)
– Defining the business propositions: range, price, merchandising (by segment) and marketing & communication (promotion)
- Initiate Customer support & partnership program to the life cycle phase by:
– Understanding the business, needs and market drivers of the core target groups
– Working on developing process, tools and solutions to support the Customer by providing target appropriate products and services
- Set up listening channel with key customers and within Sales Force and Operations organization in order to establish a rich source of information and knowledge serving as the base upon which further strategies like assortment & product development, pricing policy, customer approach (in the broadest sense of the word) and Customer services can be developed
- Initiate, develop and maintain a communication plan for various departments and a training program for the Sales specialists in order to improve effectiveness and achieve individual levels of specialization
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Operations, Offer Management, Marketing, Admin, HR, Audit
- External: Purchasing Managers, Chefs, F&B Managers, Culinary, Restaurant, Agencies, consultancies, Relevant government bodies, Selected suppliers, Purchasing Managers, Mom & Pop Customers.
REQUREMENTS:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with a specialization in Marketing or related subjects
- FMCG or trade experience, at least 4 years relevant working experience, international experience preferred
- Excellent expertise and intuition in marketing, market development and the customer
- Expertise in people management
- Entrepreneurial and customer focused, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the MMVN business and how wholesale trading works
- A hands-on Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High ability to understand and implement strategies and concepts
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu – An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2
WORKING TIME: 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
