Talent Acquisition Senior Executive (6 month contract)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for positions within the Head Office, Depot, NSO and Distribution Centers of MM Mega Market Vietnam.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, poster design, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding follow-up.
• Proactively source and build candidate pools through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Participate in activities to promote MM Mega Market Vietnam’s workplace, culture, and career opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in Career Fairs, and recruitment networking events at colleges/universities and job centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges/universities, employment centers, and recruitment partners to expand candidate sources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in Retail or FMCG recruitment is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and Canva
