Regional Loss Prevention Manager – Ha Noi
- The Regional Loss Prevention Manager report directly to the LP Director
- Execute HO strategies in a timely manner.
- To be supervisor to follow up, verify and measurement LPM, LPS’s performance.
- To coordinate with all concerns to taking and follow up the procedure of shrinkage movement and action plans.
- Develop staff skills by on the job coaching and implement succession planning within your Regional.
- Identifies and prioritises security risks and notifies National Loss Prevention Manager accordingly.
- Monitor LP Managers does comply to appropriate policies, programs, procedures and guidelines in order to prevent or minimise losses and business disruptions are fully applied.
- Supervise and ensure the inventory task force to fully perform at their best.
- Ensure that appropriate policies, programs, procedures and guidelines in order to prevent or minimise losses and business disruptions are fully applied
RECOMMENDATION EXPECTED
- Advise and recommend to Stores on deficiencies in LP system (LP programs, Security system, etc.,), Security arrangement and Emergency response capabilities.
- Advise, recommend and support stores to work smoothly base on SOP (Standard operations procedure).
- Advise Stores on changes of LP legislation and MMVN LP requirements.
- Communicate to Stores all suggestions from MMVN LP or Police, Government units.
- Report to LP HO about all violation of company rules for disciplinary sanctions towards violators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good computer skills
- Requires 10+ years of experience in loss prevention and/or auditing, with a focus on management roles
