Ecommerce Operations Manager (Giá Tốt)

– The Ecommerce Operations Manager – GIÁ TỐT hold a mission to lead and drive business development of Giá Tốt through application, website and social communication to achieve company KPIs in sales, number of customers and sustainable growth.

* ROLES:

* Application Performance:

– Provide knowledge and experience to the team to build a comprehensive application, and improve customer experience through excellent functional application

– Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth operations on the application, website, and others online channels of GIA TOT

– Lead the execution of all campaign/promotions that requires well running throughs online channels for Giá Tốt

– Keep on track with market trend to ensure the application/communication is high attractive to user and easy to execute

* Operations Supporting:

– Collaborate with B2B, OM, MKT to ensure correct assortment in use to build up traffic to the application

– Ensure good campaign that fit customer demand and competitive in the market.

– Manage content & daily operations of the application to ensure application efficiency including the correction of all updates, offers, assortments, troubleshooting and improvements

– Conduct training and create training documents, guideline to enhance customer experiments and team conduction

– Be able to negotiate with supplier for best offers on app and be able to track vs. market.

* Communication:

– Utilize all communication channels to maximize effectiveness of all campaign, promotion and the project to internal and external customers.

– Conduct appropriate design of content to make the message become interactive and attractive

– Quick response to any customers (internal and external) enquiries with proper manner

* Analytics and Reporting:

– Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, sales, efficiency

– Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

– Know how to use the report to push execution to

* KEY RESULT AREAS:

* High effective application:

– Smooth and high productivity application.

– Friendly in-use app with high interaction of internal and external customer (customers and suppliers) on application

* Business Performance:

– Drive number of user, orders, sales through Application within setting budget

Requirement:

– University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.

– Proven experience in E-commerce with a specific focus on user growth, performance marketing, and SEO.

– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.

– Up-to-date knowledge of user growth, performance marketing, and SEO best practices and industry trends.

– Ability to build up, lead and coach the team as well as integrate and collaborate with different functions

– Good at English
