Green crab with spicy and sour shrimp sauce
MATERIALS:
– Blue crab: 2
– Dried shrimp: 20g

RECIPE:
– Dried shrimp soaked in water. Galangal, garlic, onion, lemongrass, minced. Bell peppers, square onions, chopped green onions, crushed green pepper. Dough mixed with a little water, stir evenly.
– Clean crabs, immerse in oil, and drain. – Sauce: stir-fry galangal, garlic, shallot, lemongrass with dried shrimp, add enough water and taste with 3g salt, 30g of palm sugar, 30g of fish sauce.
