No, it is completely free.
8. What should I do when I lose my card?
Please contact MM Mega Market center where you registered to redo your card within 5 minutes, and it is completely free.

You can still go to shop as usual by contacting The Reception to receive a Temporary Card.
10. How can I register for more MM Mega Market Membership Cards for employees at my company?
Please provide a Confirmation of Number of Employees to obtain additional cards.

Please bring the Referral Letter to the Reception where your company has registered Membership Card, we will assist you to make another card.

Sure. In Vietnam, you can use your Membership Card at any center.
13. My company address has changed, how can I get a new Membership Card?
Please contact to The Reception about your old card. We will update your new address data and immediately print a new card for you.
