Crispy roasted pork

MATERIAL:
– Pork bacon: 500g
– Five spices powder: 5g
– Monosodium glutamate: 20g
– Soy sauce: 5g
– Onions: 10g
– Cilantro: 5g
– Malt: 15g
– Lemon juice: 20g
– Sugar, salt
– Decorative vegetables

 

RECIPE:
– Making meat marinade: 15g chopped cilantro, 5g five spices powder, 5g soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, 20g monosodium glutamate, mix well the above mixture.
– Pinch the meat so that the meat can infuse spices, rub the marinade evenly over the meat, the meat. Marinate 12 hours.
– Bake the first time (put the skin face down), bake at 200 degrees C for 13 minutes.
– Bake the second time (turn the meat over, leave the skin crispy), bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
– Present the finished product on a plate, garnished with green vegetables.

 

NOTE / TIPS:

– Do not lined with foil when baking: if lined with foil, it will stagnate, the meat will not dry, leaving the roast outside the meat will dry and brown.
