Papaya salad with dried shrimp

MATERIALS
– Papaya: 200g
– Tomatoes: 50g
– Dried shrimp: 50g
– Cowpea: 80g
– Chili: 10g
– Carrots: 80g
– Garlic: 20g
– Roasted peanuts: 20g
– Lemon: 1 fruit
– Green sapodilla: 5g
– Palm sugar: 40g
– Fish sauce: 20g
– Lemon juice: 20g

RECIPE
– Dried shrimp washed, soaked in water mixed with alcohol and ginger to deodorize.
– Shredded papaya and carrot, soak in ice for 10 minutes to make it more crispy.
