MATERIAL
– Beef: 200g
– Oyster oil: 10g
– Monosodium glutamate: 5g
Sugar: 5g
– Soy sauce: 5g
– Chili sauce: 10g
– Tomatoes: 100g
– Onions: 50g

– Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

RECIPE:
– Cut beef into square shape.
– Cut onions, capsicum, tomatoes.
– Put in a bowl of 5g soy sauce, 10g oyster oil, 10g chili sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 5g sugar, 5g MSG, stir the mixture well, then pour on the beef, mix well to infuse the beef. taste, continue to marinate for 2 hours.

NOTE / TIPS:
– Use beef tenderloin fillet will be softer and more delicious.
– Marinate beef with oil so that when grilled, the beef will not dry out
