Fried red tilapia with five spices

MATERIAL:
– Red tilapia: 1 600g
– Seasoning seeds: 5g
– Monosodium glutamate: 10g
– Soy sauce: 5g
– Five flavors: 2g
– Onions: 10g
– Chili sauce: 1 teaspoon
– Decorative vegetables

 

RECIPE –

After pre-processing the fish, use a knife to cut along the bottom of the fish’s belly along the two spine so that when marinated, the fish will quickly absorb spices and when frying the fish will have a beautiful standing.
– Fish marinade: 2g five flavors, 5g seasoning seeds, 10g monosodium glutamate, 10g minced purple onion, 5g soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce. Mix the mixture well, then sweep the mixture over the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes.
– Put the fish (standing) in an oil-free fryer at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
– Complete the dish, served with green vegetables.

 

NOTE / TIP:
– Clean fish with lemon to remove oil and effectively remove fishy smell.
