Lotus seeds sweet soup

MATERIAL:

– Fresh lotus seeds: 250g

– Sugar: 100g

– Panda leaves: 50g

– Water: 1 liter

RECIPE:

– Wash lotus seeds to drain, pandan leaves washed to drain.

– For lotus seeds to float, cover with water, bring to a boil, remove the foam, let the pandan leaves cook in low heat until the lotus seeds are soft.

– For the sugar cook to dissolve the sugar to absorb lotus seeds, turn off the stove and remove the pandan leaves.

Lotus sweet soup can be used hot or cold.
