Ba Ba Sweet Soup
MATERIAL:
– Tapioca 100g
– Sweet potato 100g
– Potato 100g
– Purple potato 100g
– Coconut milk 1 can
– Vanilla 1 tube
– Pineapple leaves 100g
– Flour 200g
– Sugar 150g
RECIPE:
– Sweet potatoes, tapioca, potatoes cut seeds save 0.5 cm, soak in dilute salt water for 15 minutes
– Purple sweet potato, cut pomegranate seeds 0.3cm coat through flour, bring it to the boil and take into cold water.
– The leaves are chopped, pureed, squeezed to get water and mixed with flour into small boiled fibers ripe, put in cold water.
– 150g of sugar cooked with 100ml of water to dissolve the sugar.
– Add the potatoes with 300ml of cold water. 50ml coconut milk and cook to soften the sweet potato, cook the sugar water for 10 minutes, then let the cake cook for 5 minutes, stir the flour with water to compare, then add the coconut milk and vanilla to off the heat.
