Mango sticky rice

MATERIAL:

– Thai sticky rice: 500g

– Ripe mango: 1kg

– Green beans with peel: 50g

– Coconut milk: 200ml

– Coconut juice: 300ml

– Flour: 10g

– Rice flour: 10g

– Pineapple leaves: 20g

– Spice: – Sugar: 75g

– Salt: 2g

 

RECIPE:

– Wash and soak the sticky rice for 2 hours. After taking out, let drain, shock with half a teaspoon of salt and then steam cooked.

– Wash the green beans and steam them until they are frozen and deep fried.

– Prepare the coconut milk to serve: stir in coconut juice with sugar, salt, rice flour, and flour to dissolve and then cook, remember to add a little pineapple leaves to fragrant. Stir constantly to prevent coconut milk from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When the coconut juice is boiling, add the coconut milk, then turn off the heat when the mixture boils.

– Ripe mango peeled and cut pieces to taste. About sticky rice, mango on a plate, sprinkle with coconut milk, sprinkle with fried green beans and enjoy.
