Over the past five decades, Vietnam and Japan have developed diplomatic relations and continued to expand in all fields, including cuisine. The culinary essence of this cherry blossom country has long won the hearts of Vietnamese consumers, emphasizing the minimal use of spices to highlight the freshest, purest ingredients, as well as sophisticated cooking techniques that bring high nutritional value.

The Japan Food Export Platform was therefore organized to bring Japan’s characteristic products closer to the Vietnamese people. This forum is chaired by the Japanese Embassy and JETRO, with the aim of supporting businesses to update information on international markets and organize related promotional activities.
