On November 4th, 40 candidates gathered at MM Hiep Phu for a hands-on experience under the guidance of professional chefs. The participants had the opportunity to shop for diverse fresh products while learning about their origins and nutritional benefits and gain insights into MM’s logistics system, which ensures the freshness and quality of products directly from farm to fork.

On December 11th, 8 talented young chefs who passed the 1st competition round received exclusive training hosted by renowned culinary experts from the Bocuse d’Or Vietnam Team. The training equipped the candidates with special culinary skills in classic French techniques, including the art of chaud froid and glazing techniques. Through this, MM Mega Market strives to celebrate and empower talented young Vietnamese chefs to embark on their culinary careers!
