United Taste at MM Mega Market An Phu
This year marks the third consecutive collaboration between MM Mega Market Vietnam and USDA/FAS for the “United Tastes” event, an annual celebration that has become a cornerstone in Vietnam-U.S. relations. This event is dedicated to introducing Vietnamese consumers to the rich and diverse flavors of U.S. cuisine through a curated selection of premium imported food and beverages from the United States.
For years, the United States remains a key trading partner for Vietnam. In 2023, the U.S. exported agricultural products worth $3.1 billion to Vietnam, making it the third-largest exporter of commodities such as cotton, soybeans, grains, nuts, wheat, poultry, dairy products, as well as fresh fruits like apples, grapes, cherries, and more, according to the USDA report.

Accordingly, MMVN is offering mega discounts of up to 30% for fresh food (e.g., Tyson chicken, beef, potatoes, apples such as Envy, Jazz, and Fuji, grapes, cherries, and oranges), dry food (e.g., sauces, chocolates, wheats, and nuts), and beverages (e.g., wine and juices). The event will also feature special promotions, food sampling, and cooking demonstrations on every weekend.

The store visit provides insights into the Vietnamese retail industry and consumer preferences, strengthening global business connections and understanding of Vietnam’s market dynamics. Mr. Bruno Jousselin – Managing Director of MM Mega Market Vietnam shared: “This marks the third year of our partnership with the USDA/FAS, and we are confident that our ongoing collaboration will continue to thrive in the upcoming time. The event is crucial in enhancing bilateral trade; therefore, bringing directly imported premium U.S. food and beverages closer to our household B2C and professional B2B customers.”
