MM Mega Market successfully held the Internal contest called Idea Competition 2021
Since its first launch in April, the Idea Competition drew attention of many MM employees nationwide. Over 80 innovative initiatives submitted to Organizing Committee in 3 categories: Customer service, Sale opportunity, Cost optimization; 12 excellent ideas entered to the final round and were being honored in a virtual award ceremony. These are ideas that are not only highly applicable and bring practical benefits to the company, but also contribute to enhance our services to improve customer experience.
Thanks to the Human Resources department for organizing this great playground where employees are free to show their creativity, to contribute ideas, to get closer together and to stand in solidarity in order to build MM Mega Market to be the most preferred retailer in Vietnam.
