MM Mega Market Bien Hoa Brings Dong Nai OCOP Products Close to Vietnamese Customers
On the morning of July 22, at MM Mega Market Bien Hoa, the opening ceremony of to introduce and sell OCOP products in Dong Nai Province was held with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Vice Chairman of Agriculture and Rural Development, representatives of Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade, other governmental agencies, and press release.

This is the first time that Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has implemented a program to introduce and sell OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program) in Dong Nai Province at the MM Mega Market Bien Hoa for the purpose of supporting local businesses. OCOP subjects to introduce and sell OCOP products of the province; contribute to support OCOP products that meet high-quality, reduce costs for hiring intermediaries to promote clean and safe products at the most reasonable price, thereby contributing to raising the awareness of using safe and hygiene products with clear origin. Accordingly, the program will take place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, starting from July 22 to August 14. Mr. Vo Van Phi – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province during the OCOP product classification conference in Dong Nai Province said: “Apart from 11 new products that have met the OCOP standard in the first phase of 2022, there are 5 products that have ranked 4- and 5-star. So far, Dong Nai has had a total of 111 standard OCOP products”.
