MM Mega Market Vietnam launches Tet programs

To welcome the upcoming Lunar New Year, MM Mega Market Vietnam (MMVN) launches three Tet programs at its 21 centers nationwide.

This year, MMVN provides bulk products in big packs and big size, Tet gift combos, and regional specialities at stable prices. The programs aim to maximize the benefits of consumers when shopping for Tet as offering large-sized combos, and high-quality products at stable prices.

MMVN increases 20%-30% of the total stocks, continuously works with suppliers to maintain supply-demand balance. The Tet programs include: Worry-free Tet; Buy more, Save more; Exchange e-Voucher.

The Worry-free Tet program offers huge discounts with prices up to 70% off, focusing on essential products for Tet such as rice, sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc.

With Buy more, Save more program, consumers can buy mega-sized products with promotions such as “buy more, save more”, “buy 2 get 1”, etc. Special combos such as two-flavour packages (e.g., Pepsi/7UP, Pepsi/Mirinda, etc.) are exclusively available at MMVN during Tet. Additionally, the “Gia Si” program supports consumers to buy fresh produce such as meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits at wholesale prices.

For Exchange e-Voucher program, frequent customers can double or triple their benefits by accumulating points on the MCARD mobile app to redeem e-vouchers, and enjoy special promotions only available online at MCARD from major MMVN’s partners.

MMVN is strengthening its customer service during 38 days before Tet. Its head office staff are encouraged to work as cashiers, deliverymen, etc. at MMVN shopping centres nationwide to enhance workforce and actively support customers during Tet. MMVN is also extending its opening hours from 6 am to 10 pm throughout the upcoming festival. Some centres will be open until midnight during the peak. In 2024, MMVN has increased the number of fruit and agricultural products in stock by 10-15%. In the North, MM offers seasonal fruits that have a short season, such as Canh orange, Duyen grapefruit, Hoa Binh red grapefruit, Bac Giang grapefruit, Ha Giang orange, and Bac Giang apple. In addition, MM has increased the consumption of green-skinned grapefruit, dragon fruit, as well as familiar Tet fruits for the traditional worship ceremony such as durian, coconut, jackfruit, and mangoes from the Mekong Delta’s fruit paradise.

To meet the demand for regional products, MMVN takes advantage of its direct sourcing, offering Tet peaches in large and small sizes. It is expected to arrive at MMVN south centres within 15 days before Tet.

In addition, MMVN launches nearly 30 gift packages including Tet special products such as beer, soft drinks, cakes, nuts, dried fruits, etc. with attractive promotions of up to 11% off for B2B agencies, factories, restaurants, hotels, and offices.

Besides, MMVN offers hundreds of self-selected items to meet the specific needs of customers. The Tet gift baskets range from VND 300,000 to VND 1,500,000, which are all carefully selected and pratical.
