Senior Trade Plan Manager

Develop and implement Strategies to strengthen the Company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference through Trade Promotion.

ROLES:

  1. Plan for Full Year Trade Plan activities and organize them efficiently
  2. Conduct the Research/ Survey to confirm the Price Image Competitiveness for both B2B and B2C
  3. Promotion Display Management (Battle Plan)
  4. Promotion Management
  5. Trade Plan Communication to other Departments
  6. Trade Promotion Register follow the Government Trade Law
  7. Supervise the Department and provide guidance and feedback to other Marketing team

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Trade promotion:

  • Develop and execute effective trade promotion plans to store.
  • Be commercial and practical thinking and be the link between Offer and Operations and Marketing

Pricing Image:

  • Ensure Pricing Index following company strategy and implement according to plan
  • Expertise in market information and competitor promotion

 PEOPLE SPECIFICATION

  • University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Trade Marketing Management or related subjects
  • At least 10 years’ experience wholesale, retail or FMCG organizations
  • Expertise in Marketing
  • Excellent Leadership and Organizing Skill
  • Analytical and commercial thinking
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
