Leasing Senior Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strong pipeline of leasing prospects for various properties to achieve occupancy goals
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process including the completion of tenancy agreements.
• Establish relationships with potential partners, tenants, etc.
• Coordinate with internal functional departments to meet clients’ demands and expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and tenants project completion.
• Contribute to the concept, positioning and key operating parameters of new developments.
• Follow the company’s standard and SOP during the negotiation process.
• Handle partly the signing and approval process
• Prepare, conduct and analyze assigned reports
• Do other tasks that assigned by Head of Property cum Leasing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Economic or business administration Diploma field at least
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience to work in real estate field or relevant job
• Language: English (Intermediate)
• Skills: communication, negotiation, presentation, problem solving
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP & CAD reader is a plus

WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu – Anh Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2

WORKING TIME: 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
