Group Category Manager – Central Kitchen
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to conceptualize and launch innovative food products tailored to market demands.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote central kitchen products and services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor production efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance and business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the Food Production or Food Retail.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
- Proficiency in using business management and financial software.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Passion for bakery and delicatessen products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused, attention to details and a commitment to maintaining products quality & safety.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Expertise in product development and innovation for B2B and B2C markets.
KEY RESULT AREAS: Achievement of Commercial KPI’s :
- Sales, total profitability, stock KPIs, Private label Share.
- Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
- Working with business partners for products sourcing, launching in time.
WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu – An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2
WORKING TIME: 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
