Cream Cheese Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
– La Vache Quirit cheese: 5pcs
– Milk: 100ml
– Whipping cream: 300ml
– Sugar: 50gr
– Gelatin: 3pcs
PREPARATION:
– Put gelation in water until soft.
– Put milk, whipping cream,La Vache Quirit cheese and sugar in the pot. Heat, stirring until cheese melts. Do not let the mixture boil, continue to add the soft soaked gelatin, stir well, turn off the heat.
– Pour into a glass (small cup), refrigerate for 30 minutes.
– Serve with jam or fresh fruit.
