MM Đà Nẵng Supports the Loy Krathong Festival – Connecting Vietnamese and Thai Cultures

☀️ Loy Krathong Festival – Lantern Release Ceremony is an annual cultural event organized by the Thai Language Group. The festival recreates the traditional Thai celebration, promoting Thai language and culture to students, lecturers, the local community, and international friends. It also serves as a friendly exchange to enhance understanding and strengthen cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand, in line with people-to-people exchange and educational collaboration between the two countries.
❤️ All proceeds from booths, fundraising activities, and charitable contributions during the festival are donated to the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support victims affected by natural disasters. This humanitarian aspect is a highlight consistently maintained in each edition of the festival.
🌱 On November 8, 2025, MM Mega Market Đà Nẵng, in collaboration with Da Nang University of Foreign Languages, facilitated cultural exchange activities to promote Thai culture, helping students gain deeper insight into the traditional Thai festival. This also strengthened cultural and linguistic exchange, contributing to the consolidation and development of the friendly relationship between the two nations.
🌱 In the festive atmosphere, the event provided a meaningful and healthy platform for students—especially those interested in language studies and Thai culture—to interact, learn, connect, and foster solidarity.
