According to statistics, Typhoon Bualoi caused severe damage in the Northern region, resulting in over 85 deaths or missing persons, 164 injured, 349 houses collapsed, and more than 170,000 houses damaged or having their roofs blown away. In Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh, thousands of households are still facing flooding and shortages following the disaster.
In the spirit of “Joining Hands for Community”, MM Mega Market Vietnam Co., Ltd. (MMVN), together with other member companies of the TCC Group in Vietnam, coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Red Cross at the local level to implement an emergency support program for people severely affected by Typhoon Bualoi in Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh.
On October 24, 2025, Ms. Tran Kim Nga, Director of External Affairs at MMVN, representing TCC Group, directly handed over the relief summary to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. The total value of support in the program reached over 3.622 billion VND, with SABECO contributing 3 billion VND in cash. In addition, MMVN and other member units distributed 2,612 relief packages containing drinking water, personal hygiene products, food, and other essential items, with a total equivalent value of over 622 million VND.
All goods were prepared, packaged, and transported by MMVN to the severely affected areas to be delivered directly to the people, ensuring timely and targeted support.
MMVN sincerely thanks all TCC Group member units and all staff who united and contributed. The sharing and solidarity of everyone created a powerful ripple effect, bringing love and hope to those affected by the typhoon.
