Uncontrollable Cost Controller
MISSION STATEMENT
Service provider to all recipients of different financial controlling topics, supporter for the Management by deviation analysis, co-ordination function to other departments and at the end bring value-added to overall Company results.
ROLES
– In charge monthly Actual & Forecast of specific income lines and/or cost lines
– Prepare management reporting and presentation to BOM, HoD
– Work with other departments to give insights, comprehensive comments for Actual business performance Vs Budget and Last year
– Cooperate with other departments to maintain CAPEX, OPEX and other expense within approved budget
– Enhance the effective and efficient working processes
– Ad hoc analysis
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
– Regular discussions with HO functional department and Stores
External:
– Regular contact / discuss with regional Groups
– External auditors, consultancy parties
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in Finance / Accounting; utmost preferring to controlling, management accounting, Finance business partner experience
– Integrity, professional competence and behavior
– Good team player
– Fast learner, Open minded and Ability to bring about the change
– Good English
– Familiar with Oracle systems; advance Microsoft office skill, especially Excel and power point
