Marketing Manager
Location: Hồ Chí Minh
MISSION STATEMENT:
Lead the development and implementation of localized marketing strategies for MM Super Center Đà Nẵng. Build brand presence, increase traffic, and drive sales growth through integrated marketing plans tailored to the regional market.
ROLES:
- Local Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligning with company strategy and local customer insights.
- Identify business growth opportunities through market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to the Đà Nẵng market.
- Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Drive store-level promotional campaigns (including festive seasons, weekend activations, etc.) to increase footfall and conversion.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless execution across trade, operations, and digital.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to co-invest and co-market campaigns.
- Digital & Social Media Coordination
- Align with HO Digital team to manage local fanpage and run geo-targeted digital campaigns.
- Generate and localize engaging content to reflect store-specific highlights, offers, and community engagement.
- Monitor and report digital KPIs and propose improvements.
- Customer Experience & Community Engagement
- Champion local customer engagement initiatives (events, workshops, cooking shows).
- Build partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and communities to enhance store reputation.
- Manage in-store communication and atmosphere with POSM, decoration, and customer signage.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing (Mall /Retail preferred)
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution capability
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer engagement
- Creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
