Loyalty Program Senior Executive
MISSION STATEMENT
The scope of duties of the Loyalty Program Senior Executive embraces on the one hand the data maintenance and analysis customer function for Loyalty Program.
ROLES
- Collect information, check customers list load on App
- Manage customer database on App
- Guide how to use App (download/ install/ redeem…)
- Upload promotion offers on App. (price, picture, …/ per customer group, by store, …)
- Check point
- Work with Agency to resolve any issues from App.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Analysis and evaluation customer behavior on App
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a recognized Bachelor/College degree in Business
- Knowledge of Analytical, strategy sense
- 1- 2 years’ experience working with data (Marketing/ Sales/…)
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Pragmatic, flexible and matured
- Tidy and appealing appearance, Carefully
- Team work
