Job Description:

* MISSION STATEMENT

To assist and support in managing construction and store supplies procurement activities in all stores according to:
• Vietnam’s regulation
• The procurement methods and bidding procedures
• The relevant regulations and internal operating procedures which are applicable for procurement activities in all stores.

* ROLES
• To assist Construction & Store Supplies Manager in coordinating with Authority Agencies, Stores, OM Department, and other the relevant people (inside or outside of CAP department) to complete Construction and Store Supplies procurement activities in all stores
• To negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• To discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
• To discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses
• To examine and test existing contracts
• To experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Other tasks assigned by Construction & Store Supplies Manager

* KEY RESULT AREAS
• Implementing the procurement procedures to confirm the compliance with demands in MM Mega Market stores. Focused on:
– Construction
– Store supplies
• Dealing with all procurement related issues in all MM Mega Market stores
• Making summary of report for procurement activities in all stores as scheduled
• Contacting and coordinating with relevant people (inside and outside) to resolve all general standards in procurement
• Developing and maintaining effective internal communications channel particularly with other departments within the organization to achieve the defined targets
• Committing to self-development and enrichment of the knowledge and skills by planning and attending agreed training courses

* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal
• All departments, stores and platforms.
External
• Construction and Store Supplies vendors
• Suppliers and customers

Qualification:

• University degree, preferably in construction or in commercial.
• Minimum 3 years working in management of procurement and bidding process.
• Good knowledge in standards of quality systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good in English
• Abilities to use computer, especially in Word, Excel and office-communication system
• Matured, ideal age should be above 25 years old
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers
• Teamwork and can-do attitude
