{"id":99682,"date":"2025-06-27T08:55:07","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T01:55:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=99682"},"modified":"2025-06-27T08:55:07","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T01:55:07","slug":"leasing-senior-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/en\/jobs\/leasing-senior-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Leasing Senior Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strong pipeline of leasing prospects for various properties to achieve occupancy goals<\/li>\n<li>Manage the end-to-end leasing process including the completion of tenancy agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with potential partners, tenants, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal functional departments to meet clients\u2019 demands and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and tenants project completion.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the concept, positioning and key operating parameters of new developments.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the company\u2019s standard and SOP during the negotiation process.<\/li>\n<li>Handle partly the signing and approval process<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, conduct and analyze assigned reports<\/li>\n<li>Do other tasks that assigned by Head of Property cum Leasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Economic or business administration Diploma field at least<\/li>\n<li>Experience: At least 5 years of experience to work in real estate field or relevant job<\/li>\n<li>Language: English <em>(Intermediate)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Skills: communication, negotiation, presentation, problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills: Microsoft Office <em>(Words, Excel, PowerPoint),<\/em> SAP &amp; CAD reader is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORK LOCATION:<\/strong> Lot B, An Phu &#8211; Anh Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>WORKING TIME:<\/strong> 8:30 &#8211; 17:30 Monday to Friday<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY:<\/strong> Send your CV to <strong>binh.dinh-thai@mmvietnam.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop strong pipeline of leasing prospects for various properties to achieve occupancy goals Manage the end-to-end leasing process including the completion of tenancy agreements.
