{"id":99134,"date":"2025-06-16T09:50:32","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T02:50:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=99134"},"modified":"2025-06-16T09:50:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T02:50:32","slug":"group-category-manager-central-kitchen","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/en\/jobs\/group-category-manager-central-kitchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Group Category Manager &#8211; Central Kitchen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in both B2B and B2C sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the research and development team to conceptualize and launch innovative food products tailored to market demands.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote central kitchen products and services effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients to ensure favorable terms.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor production efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor the commercial team to enhance performance and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance and business operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the Food Production or Food Retail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using business management and financial software.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for bakery and delicatessen products is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused, attention to details and a commitment to maintaining products quality &amp; safety.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in product development and innovation for B2B and B2C markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESULT AREAS: Achievement of Commercial KPI\u2019s :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales, total profitability, stock KPIs, Private label Share.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Working with business partners for products sourcing, launching in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WORK LOCATION:<\/strong>\u00a0Lot B, An Phu \u2013 An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WORKING TIME:\u00a0<\/strong>8:30 \u2013 17:30 Monday to Friday<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong>: Send your CV to\u00a0<strong>binh.dinh-thai@mmvietnam.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
