{"id":107223,"date":"2026-08-17T13:08:51","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T06:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=107223"},"modified":"2026-08-17T13:08:51","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T06:08:51","slug":"property-development-senior-executive-5-month-contract","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.com\/en\/jobs\/property-development-senior-executive-5-month-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Property Development Senior Executive (5-month contract)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>ROLES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">To assist Head of Property Ain:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Cities\/ provinces survey to evaluate the possibilities for MM Mega Market to entry<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To support administration job to the acquisition of land sites in the potential cities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To coordinate for opening preparation of new MM Mega Market centers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To process the compensation work of the sites within the set deadline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To establish network of sources for information relating to the land acquisition to specific project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To work with MM Mega Market Vietnam\u2019s landlords for all matters related to Lease Agreement \/Addendum and payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>KEY RESULT AREAS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Asset Management:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Portfolio Management:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Manage and archive all land documents in well-organized manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assist in finding necessary documents and administration work for building registration and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">for land rental deduction of stores<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assist in drafting letter as Head of AM &amp; Expansion\u2019s request<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Follow-up the status of receiving &amp; sending documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assist in preparing document and providing information when Head of Property have a business travel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>New store opening:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">To support in administration (mapping, presentation, CAMAX tracking to provide necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">benchmark information) to build the FS for new store.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Support to prepare the presentation as requested.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">On desk search on land vacancy and real estate information of target cities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Cities database buildup.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Other admin tasks<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Perform other admin tasks upon the request of the Head of Property &#8211; South (such as: monthly taxi expense, BTR, Travel expense claim\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Good command of written and spoken English<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Working experience in Business Development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">At least 3 years working in Real Estate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Experience in dealing with local authorities, making good relationship with local authorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Willing to travel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Can work under high pressure to meet deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Reliable, diligent, disciplined and enthusiastic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Good at communication, work in detail &amp; have an inquiring mind<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Time management skill<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ROLES To assist Head of Property Ain: Cities\/ provinces survey to evaluate the possibilities for MM Mega Market to entry To support administration job to the acquisition of land sites in the potential cities.
